Bio Fermentation

When storing, treating and spreading pig manure, pig farmers have to comply with numerous regulations. With the AManDA technology, Schrader Bio Fermentation GmbH has developed a process that reduces the storage volume to be maintained in accordance with the Wastewater Ordinance (AbwV) and the Fertiliser Ordinance (DüV), which reduces the volume of farm manure to be applied and which provides the farmer and the fertiliser industry with the raw materials nitrogen and phosphorus residue.

The requirements for credit conditions according to the EU action plan "Sustainable Finance" from 2018 are also being considered. According to this, banks must take greater account of sustainability aspects when granting loans. This includes, for example, measures such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) report for larger companies and the recording of environmental, social and governance (ESG) risks.  The key figures for CO2 avoidance can be found in the download.
